Reality Achieved

• Identified an undervalued asset for an income seeking investor.
• As buyer agents, successfully negotiated a below market acquisition.
• In collaboration with the new investor/owner, devised a multi-phase renovation plan.
• Executed a complete interior renovation in the initial phase, faithfully preserving the historic character and charm of the property.
• Executed a comprehensive landscape and hardscape overhaul, including a luxury pool, outdoor kitchen, deck and plantings to enhance rental potential.
• Provide ongoing rental and property management services for one of the Lower Cape’s highest-income residential rental properties, with summer rates exceeding $20,000 per week.
